REFUNDS

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to accept requests to add/delete items, or change your order once it has been placed. 

All Deposits are also non-refundable

RETURNS

Calypso Children Festival Troupe does not accept returns once an order has been picked up at store front location. All sales are final. In the case of missing or incorrect items, please contact calypsofestivaltroupe@gmail.com

Once an order is processed and moved to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDER

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, we will happily replace your merchandise with the correct item ordered. Claims for replacement must be made within 24 hours of pickup. Please include a photo and description of the damaged/incorrect item(s) along with your order number to calypsofestivaltroupe@gmail.com

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Calypso Children Festival Troupe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your costume was not received on the day of pick up, please contact us.  No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages.
